
I noticed in many conventional personal training sessions, that
although my clients wanted my help, motivation, direction and guidance, (providing them the detail of what to do), they didn't
necessarily need me to be with them throughout the whole session, nor
indeed often for many sessions.
I therefore developed the concept of pt4all and personal direction so as to provide the benefits of personal training without the cost.

Personal direction allows me to guide and oversee your session and program without you having my exclusive attention.
It's not 1:1 necessarily, although at times it may be, but at most
times there'll be others doing personal direction sessions
simultaneously.
Personal direction allows you to "share" my time, and therefore share the cost, making training with me a more economical method.
I have a new range of service plans available (starting from $85 per month) that provide all the benefits of personal training without the associated costs.
The new service plans all provide a fully programmed, individually tailored,
written schedule for you to follow each session (based on objectives
that you provide), whilst allowing you the flexibility to determine
how, when and where
you’ll train, the time you wish to spend and how often you’d like to
train with me. These factors are matched to your budget to determine
which service is best for you. Naturally you determine what your
objectives are and how much time you want to spend; I just help you
with that process.

As you may well have noticed, I don’t have the conventional personal training approach. I’m very well credentialed and very experienced.
With me there’s no setting your objectives for you, no screaming, no
counting backwards from 8, no showy performances aimed to attract
attention, no “attitude”.
I aim to provide a professional, enjoyable, caring, sensitive,
intelligent, safe and supportive service for my clientele. A service
that recognizes your individuality and one which ensures results
because you set realistic goals, enjoy your sessions and therefore want
to continue to come to gym.
